My artistic vision is deeply rooted in a fascination with the ethereal and the transient. Spaces that exist on the edges of memory and imagination. The compositions in my work often evoke a sense of movement, as if the landscapes and structures within them are shifting through time, dissolving and reforming like echoes of forgotten civilizations.
Features strongly in my pieces to evoke warmth and coolness, resulting in paintings with a dynamic, sometimes spectral quality. These works suggest places that exist in a liminal space between the known and the unknown. Whether depicting drifting citadels, spectral cities, or mythic landscapes, my work explores the forces that shape human existence. Both seen and unseen.

Through a careful balance of abstraction and intricate detail, the pieces I create suggest hidden histories and evolving narratives, inviting the viewer to decipher the stories embedded within each piece.
Colour plays a vital role in my work, with rich, layered palettes that reflect the moods and mysteries of imagined worlds. I enjoy blending soft, dreamlike hues with deep, shadowy contrasts, creating a sense of both serenity and sometimes unease.
Each original abstract painting has a meditative aspect where the act of painting becomes a serene and reflective process for me. By layering paint and using different mediums, I reveal intricate patterns and create rich textures inviting viewers to explore the depths of each piece.
I am experimental in my approach to mediums with a paticular emphasis on using Japanese carbon inks with vintage fountain pens which allow me to craft unique fonts and hidden messages, adding an element of mystery and discovery to my work.
